  5. 4 tablespoons of virgin oil (extra virgin olive oil is best, keep 2 tablespoons for serving)
  6. 1 pound of mushroom (portabella or white)
  7. ½ cup or 8 tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano
  8. ¼ teaspoon pepper
  9. ¼ teaspoon salt
  10. ½ cup shredded cheese
  11. 1 teaspoon thyme (if you are using fresh, use 1 tablespoon thyme)

Equipment Required for Cooking Farfalle Pasta:

  1. Colander
  2. Box cheese grater
  3. 8-quart stock-pot
  4. Mixing spatula
  5. Cutting board
  6. Chef Knife
  7. 5-quart saute pan


  1. Boiling of Water:


Take an 8-quart massive-size stock pot and add water to it. Add salt to the water and start boiling it. This water will be used later for cooking pasta.


  1. Deal with Mushrooms:


While the water is heating, take your desired mushrooms, clean them with tissue paper or a paper towel, and cut them into slices.


  1. Cutting of garlic and shallot:

Now, it’s time to cook the pasta! Take the pasta and add the pasta to the boiling water. See the details and cook accordingly. Make sure to cook the pasta until it becomes tender and firm to the bite. Once you are done with cooking, pour the water and pasta through a colander in order to remove the cooking water. Also, it is important to preserve ¼ cup of water for future use.

Add spinach on the top of mushrooms followed by adding cooked pasta along with 1/4th cup of water that we reserved earlier.

After adding water to make the spinach wilt, add shredded cheese to the pasta containing other ingredients. Mix well until the cheese melts and mixes with the other ingredients.
