I have purchased two sets of knives. The first set for myself. I was so impressed with them. I was hesitant with the purchase but when I received them along with the magnetic knife rack my fears were allayed.
As I was impressed I bought my son a set of knives for his birthday. This was more a selfish reason as now when I go round at Christmas l don’t have to use his blunt useless utensils. 😂
This is my second time purchasing a knife from Sakuto Knives for my partner who works as a chef. He absolutely loves these knives and tells everyone at work who is willing to listen to him rambling on and on about the quality. Definitely worth buying.

I bought the set of 4. Super impressed by the Rockwell hardness of 64! And the weight of the knife formed by layering the different metal alloy into a single blade.
We recently redesigned our kitchen and so it was a gift to myself :)
